Awards for All is true to its name as Dormans Evening WI found out by being the recipient of a grant of £7,400 in May 2009 to send members back to college.

Awards for All is a Lottery grants scheme funding small, local community-based projects in the UK.

Courses on offer range from photography, history, fitness and health, music, cookery and craft among others. On completion, new skills learned were cascaded to fellow members.
