Walkie-Talkies

The aptly-named Walkie-Talkies get together through the summer months on Wednesday evenings for a walk, finishing with a shandy in the nearest hostelry where they put the world to rights.

In the winter months they walk in the mornings, finishing with a pub lunch.

They know the best pubs for miles around!

You can go youth hostelling at any age!

Once a year the Walkie-Talkies hire the Lingfield Marathon bus and go for a weekend of walking, staying overnight at a youth hostel. There is always plenty of exercise, good food, and giggling in the dorm!
